The entire process was thorough and clear. They take x-rays and then the treatment coordinator goes over the whole process as what to expect. The orthodontist joins and confirms what is needed for optimal results. The treatment coordinator then determines how much is expected for out of pocket after insurance. Once this is done she discusses payment plans that are flexible and realistic. Once you agree to this my daughter actually had her braces put on the same day/appointment.
